Building software or an AI agent? RestoAPI gives you the same data as a metered, pay-as-you-go REST + MCP endpoint — no subscription.
Live across 5 states (NY, TX, IL, CA deepest · OR liquor · CO, WA soon) · owner contact where public · talk to us about volume.
Why it's worth it
Raw government feeds are cheaper per row — and you'd spend the day deduping, filtering renewals and ranking them. We do that first.
Every lead is scored by how likely the venue is actually about to open. Raw feeds don't rank — you'd sift renewals and noise yourself.
Liquor license + food permit + business filing collapsed into one clean, deduped venue — not three raw duplicate rows.
Change-typed to fresh openings. No renewal / transfer / expiry noise clogging your pipeline.
No Apify account, no running an actor. A non-technical sales rep can pull leads in the browser.
New leads pushed to Slack, your CRM or email as they surface — included on every paid plan.
The owner/operator name on every lead, plus a mailing address (Texas, New York) and a phone (New York City) where the public filing carries one — all mined from the records, no third-party data. Coverage widens as we add sources. Free tier sees a contact exists; subscribing reveals it.
Export to a signed URL or wire the API/MCP straight into your stack.
Actionability, not raw rows. A RestoSignals plan is your territory's opening pipeline: every new restaurant or bar in your state, scored, with the owner contact revealed, delivered to a dashboard with daily alerts and CSV export. You're buying done-for-you leads your reps can work, not a data feed to wrangle.
A preview of your territory: 100 scored openings, no card. You'll see the venues and that each has a contact, but the contact stays locked until you subscribe. It's enough to judge whether your market has the volume to be worth a workflow.
One plan, $29/mo or $290/yr (annual is about two months free). It includes everything in the dashboard: every scored opening across all live states, the owner name revealed on each plus a mailing address (Texas, New York) and phone (New York City) where the public record carries one, daily alerts and CSV export. No tiers, no per-state limits.
The plan is the done-for-you dashboard for a sales team — all states, contacts, alerts, CSV. RestoAPI is the same underlying data as a metered, pay-as-you-go REST + MCP endpoint for developers and AI agents who wire it up themselves ($4/1k, $18/5k records). Different buyer, different job — pick the dashboard, the API, or both.
The owner/operator name, a phone, and the owner's mailing address, mined from the public liquor, permit and business filings — so it's there for pre-open venues, not just ones already listed online. Email isn't in the product yet; it's a later, higher-tier add. Fill rate is highest on the near-open, most sellable leads.
Five states have live scored leads: New York, Texas, Illinois and California are the deepest (multi-signal — liquor, permits and business filings fused, higher scores), and Oregon is live on liquor. Colorado and Washington are ingesting now but don't have actionable leads yet, so they're coming soon rather than live. We add states and deepen coverage continuously.
