Terms of Service

Last updated September 19, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of RestoSignals (the “Service”), operated by Paper and Beyond (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, calling the API, or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

RestoSignals aggregates public government open-data (liquor-license, food-permit and business-filing records) and fuses it into scored venue “leads”. Leads are provided for your business prospecting and are informational only.

2. Accounts & API keys

You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys and for keeping keys confidential. Don’t share keys, and rotate them if compromised. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract.

3. Credits, packs & subscriptions

The Service is metered: one credit is consumed per returned lead. Free trial credits are a one-time grant. Pay-as-you-go credit packs are one-time purchases that do not expire. The Feed subscription bills monthly and includes a monthly credit allowance; it renews until you cancel and cancellation stops future renewals. Prices are shown on the pricing page; payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). Except where required by law, purchased credits and subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, to send spam or unlawful communications, to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, to exceed rate limits by evasion, or to resell or redistribute the raw feed as a competing data product. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to how you contact or market to the venues you discover.

5. Data accuracy — no warranty

Source records are public government data that we do not control; they may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and a “lead” is a prediction, not a guarantee that a venue will open. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Not affiliated with any government agency

RestoSignals is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state liquor authority, city permit or health department, or business-filing registry.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful or unlawful. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Contact
