This policy explains what RestoSignals (operated by Paper and Beyond) collects when you use the site and API, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and a hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text).
• Usage data — API calls, endpoints, credits consumed, timestamps and coarse request metadata, so we can meter usage, debug, and prevent abuse.
• Payment data — handled by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not see or store your full card details; we retain only a record that a payment occurred and the credits it granted.
• Support messages — anything you email us at support@restosignals.com.

What we do not collect

The venue “leads” we return are derived from public government open-data about businesses — not from tracking you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles.

How we use it

To operate and meter the Service, authenticate you, process payments, provide support, maintain security, comply with law, and send transactional email (sign-up confirmation, receipts, and — if you opt into alerts — the notifications you request). We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in; we do not use non-essential tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run RestoSignals — our hosting, database and email providers, and our payment processor — and only as needed to provide the Service, or where required by law. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Retention

We keep account and usage data while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting and security purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data.

Your choices

You can access or delete your account, unsubscribe from any optional alerts, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@restosignals.com.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
